One of our clients, Petite Ferme, is now selling chickens to wholesalers in NE Haiti!

Raising chickens is an enterprise that requires strong project management processes to keep chicks healthy while feed costs stay in-line. It’s not easy to impliment but the Petite Ferme team sought out advice from experienced farmers and, with the help of Infused Impact, they planned for growing cycle costs in an annual cashflow projection. This standard of business planning is critical for any new business, but even more so in developing nations where additional challenges are to be expected.

It’s encouraging that even during Haiti’s gas shortage/gang challenges the Petite Ferme owners are creating jobs while providing their region with a healthy food supply. A locally owned business creating local solutions!
